I believe it takes serious courage to ask for help of any kind, and I am in awe of my clients’ strength, resilience, and grit on their road to mental health recovery. It is my ultimate goal to empower my clients through education, making them feel engaged and valued, and being the loudest cheerleader in their corner. No matter what life journey you’ve travelled, you will be treated warmly, with respect and dignity, always.
The therapeutic alliance between a clinician and patient is a crucial component to personalizing treatment plans and successfully assisting patients in managing their symptoms and unique mental health needs. I believe facilitating an empathic, supportive and nonjudgmental environment is essential for building trust and open communication. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to make mutually agreed upon decisions around medication treatment plans with a holistic approach to assessment and treatment.
