I have an informal and non-judgmental approach that will help you relax and feel comfortable. I will get to know you as an individual, help you identify what you would like to change about your mental health, and work with you as a team. I perform a thorough diagnostic evaluation including a full history and in-depth investigation of symptoms, and develop a holistic treatment plan that can include psychiatric medications, psychotherapy, nutritional interventions, vitamins and supplements, stress management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Ketamine Assisted Therapy. I love treating all psychiatric conditions, but I have special interest and expertise in working with patients with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and Gender Dysphoria. I invite you to come with me on a journey toward maximum health and happiness. I will help you appreciate yourself as you are, while working to get even better. I can’t wait to get to know you, learn about your struggles and successes, and help you work toward your best possible life!
