Are you mystified by the idea of being your authentic self? Have you felt that you carry too much trauma & are too flawed to experience your life in a new way? Perhaps you have a sense of the unique gifts you have to offer, yet are held back by codependency in relationships, a tendency to abandon yourself, or other painful patterns. Each one of us enters into this world with a powerful purpose. However, we often learn to adopt a different story. Counseling can provide a place to reunite with the parts of ourselves that have been forgotten, oppressed, & rejected in order to embody our original wholeness.
As a contemplative, somatic, trauma & attachment trained clinician, I offer a highly personalized, integrative approach that values the complexity of who you are & where you have been. I bring a wealth of knowledge around the transformative power of working with the nervous system to strengthen your sense of internal safety & depth of self-awareness.
Whether you have been on your healing path for decades, have hit rock bottom, or are just beginning to seek a deeper relationship with what it means to be you, I am here to join you in holding space for your journey. Thank you for taking the time to find a counselor who can meet you in the uniqueness of your path- I look forward to exploring with you!
